Privacy Notice
Version: 2026-10-22-minimal · Effective October 22, 2026What we collect and why
Zen Solutions Inc. uses Firebase Authentication for email or Google sign-in and Firebase/Firestore for user IDs, profile identity, access entitlements, saved selections, quote snapshots, private research notes, paper scenarios, public-share indexes and versioned Terms acknowledgments with server timestamps, adult attestations, legal-document content hashes and account-linked receipt identifiers. We use these to provide sign-in, cross-device records, access control and optional sharing. Hosting and identity providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP addresses, request logs, device/browser information and security events. Session cookies and browser session storage support authentication. Google Fonts requests transmit ordinary connection information to Google.
Private by default; sharing by choice
Your saved research is scoped to your authenticated user ID. Authorized administrators and infrastructure providers may access data when needed for operation, security, support or legal obligations. We do not publish your full profile or private notes through a public share. An optional public page contains the chosen book, selections, games, start times and quote snapshots. Anyone with its random or custom ID can view and copy it. It is not a private authentication credential. We prevent public directory listing, but cannot guarantee secrecy of a link you disclose. You can unpublish; prior copies may remain elsewhere.
Service providers and research
Current services include Google Firebase, Bluehost, sports/odds data providers and OpenAI/Anthropic research APIs. Current shared research requests use sports-source inputs, not members’ private notes or profile records. Do not include passwords, financial account details or sensitive personal information in notes. Third-party services have their own policies. We do not sell member profile data or use optional public sharing as consent to sell it. Legally required disclosure may occur. Cross-border provider processing may occur.
Minimal acknowledgment records
Your entered full name and DOB are processed only in page memory for self-reported adult screening and your optional personal download. The agreement request sends an adult attestation and explicit consent, not those fields. The personal download replaces the first digit of the month and day with X; it remains personal information, not anonymous. We do not retain your entered name, DOB, signature text, IP or device information in agreement records. A private server receipt and Firebase record retain account linkage, adult attestation, version, time and accepted-document hashes; protected copies of the legal text are retained. Account linkage is pseudonymous personal data, not anonymous data. Firebase still retains sign-in identity, and hosting/identity providers may retain normal connection/security logs. We do not claim the entire service stores no personal information. Prior beta records, if any, require separate retention/deletion review; the new format does not automatically erase them.
Screenshot OCR and CSV imports
Member screenshot OCR runs on your device using Tesseract.js. The browser downloads OCR code/language assets from jsDelivr; those requests expose ordinary connection information to that provider. Screenshot pixels and raw OCR text are not uploaded to ParlayQA or an AI provider. You review the transcription before saving structured book/date/selections/odds/stake/return/result fields privately in Firebase. CSV files are parsed locally; only explicitly confirmed structured rows are saved. Neither input image nor raw CSV is retained by this workflow. Imported outcomes are unverified and separate from the frozen ParlayQA benchmark. Suspected duplicate copies are excluded from financial totals by default. You may explicitly count a copy as an intentional separate wager; an attributed link and your choice remain recorded, and that copy is counted once. This is self-reported, not sportsbook verification. Do not include private account details in selections or ticket references. Browser memory clears on leaving/resetting; browser cache may retain public OCR assets.
Retention, screenshots and exports
Structured saved profile data remains while needed to provide your history and operate the account; request deletion when no longer needed. Limited security, legal, transaction and agreement records may be retained when required or reasonably necessary, with access restricted. Backups may take time to expire. We do not promise instant removal from third-party copies.
Cloud screenshot upload is not currently enabled. The planned policy is deletion of submitted screenshot images after 60 days while retaining structured selections and performance data. This is not a claim that an active cloud cleanup job already exists. The local synthetic demo may use browser-only image storage with expiry checked when opened. Do not upload unredacted account details when screenshot functionality becomes available.
Requested CSV files are generated on demand in your browser. We do not retain generated export/report files. We do retain the underlying saved records, so “no stored reports” does not mean “no stored personal data.” You must preserve your own truthful tax and wagering documentation; exports are ungraded research and not certified tax statements.
Your controls and requests
You may review saved records, generate a CSV, sign out and unpublish shared pages. Contact zensolutions1980@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion or exercise privacy rights available under applicable law. We may verify identity and explain legally required retention or denial and any applicable appeal route. No self-service full account-deletion tool is currently enabled. Do not email passwords or API keys.
Security, age and updates
We use HTTPS, authentication and scoped database rules; no system is guaranteed secure. This service is for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. Independent wagering has separate location-specific age and legal requirements. Material changes will be disclosed and, where required, require consent. Contact Zen Solutions Inc. using the address above with privacy questions.
